Where are we with olive oil now and where it is going? The answer would need to include health, food policy, chefs and how much they 'get' new style olive oils, what Italians do with olive oil––how much they use it and how they would be lost without it, olive cultivation––possibly, when done properly, one of the most sustainable that there is... the list goes on.

Casa Mia Tours will be offering this unique and fun program.  The tour will let you visit the Lazio region while sitting comfortably in a chair.  So join us in Italy and never have to leave Westwood!
