Author Talk: Parenting Anxiety with Dr. Meredith Elkins
How do you support an anxious kid without feeding the anxiety? Join us for an evening with Dr. Meredith Elkins, Harvard Medical School faculty, Co-Director of the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program at McLean Hospital, and author of Parenting Anxiety: Breaking the Cycle of Worry and Raising Resilient Kids. Dr. Elkins will share practical, compassionate strategies for supporting anxious kids without reinforcing anxiety, and for finding grace and balance amidst the pressures of modern parenting. Bring your questions, and leave with strategies you can apply right away.
Books will be available for sale from Aesop's Fable bookshop.
