Clara is the author of seven published books, and will speak about the second edition of her cookbook, The Boston Chef's Table, a collection of extraordinary recipes from local chefs! Some of Clara's cookbooks will be available for sale from Wellesley Books - The Boston Chef's Table and New England Soup Factory Cookbook.
