Yoga Nidra | Susie Masters E- R.Y.T (500) ,YACEP
As we begin to release ourselves from winter, this yoga Nidra practice will be themed around the season of Spring. Spring is a growing process, just as we see from nature outside our windows we too are a reflection of what we are witnessing.
To learn to trust in this process, as we move further into Spring, and as new growth pushes from winter’s earth, we are given another opportunity to sow our seeds of intention.
Yoga Nidra helps diminish symptoms of anxiety by teaching mental calmness and cultivating a state of deep physical and emotional relaxation. In addition , the ancient practice releases pent up emotions and stress to detoxify the brain.
All Yoga Nidra scripts are written by Susie and inspired by what is going on in the natural world around us and also the seasonal path that we experience within ourselves.
Comfortable clothing and a space to lie down comfortably for an hour as we begin the journey inward… Please feel free to bring your yoga mat, a blanket and or pillow for comfort. Yoga mats will be provided.
